How I Came Up With ALLEVIATE Muscle & Joint Cream

I injured my shoulder initially doing a special forces physical training system called SEALFIT. The injury would come back periodically as a sharp pain under my rotator cuff.

I tried everything for it, including (ashamedly) handfuls of ibuprophen and every topical "pain rub" I could find at the local drug store. Nothing really worked, and most left me absolutely reeking of medicated menthol vapors. Eventually I got fed up, and decided to create my own remedy.

I'm not a trained skincare professional, I'm not a doctor, but I understand the body, basic chemistry, and I am a very quick learner. The Special Forces motto "improvise, adapt, and overcome" is something I've lived by for most of my life at this point.

I took the best of what I'd learned from alternative natural physicians, herbalists, and researchers, and I want to pay homage to them. I want to thank Amanda Vollmer for her work on DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide), Crrow777Radio.com and Jason Lindgren for their work bringing very effective and well curated knowledgable guests on their show to educate people on natural remedies that the mainstream has tried to block, criminalize, and stop at all costs.

It was while listening to these people that I combined a few different ideas and began to work with them in my kitchen, because I needed a topical anti-inflammatory cream that worked fast, was safe and clean, and wouldn't smell like the gym menthol rubs that everyone seem to think counts as "topical pain relief."

(Just a side note, because this has become a pet peeve of mine. One of the primary reasons the "other guys" use menthol in their muscle rubs is because the ingredients don't do anything for pain or inflammation or even truly helping with bloodflow and circulation. The primary reason they all copy each other and use the same menthol active ingredient is because it tingles the skin, and temporarily distracts you from the pain.)

I believe my immediate success with crafting a surprisingly effective cream was due to the quality of information that both Amanda Vollmer and Crrow put out in their content. Crrow introduced me to topical magnesium for joint health, and Amanda's work on DMSO was absolutely critical to my idea to combine them, plus a handful of anti-inflammatory herbal oils. The first day I put this on, I completely forgot about my rotator cuff tear, went to work and didn't notice my shoulder until maybe 3 or 4 in the afternoon. WOW, that was a great start.

Since then, I've refined the formula, and found ways to naturally enhance both the product feel and scent. It literally is a bit of an obsession.
